The New and Improved Kerry Rhodes

Everyone talks about the Jets...about how good, then bad, then great the Jets have been this year. The same can be said for Safety Kerry Rhodes. He was supposed to be a key piece of the defense and then somewhere down the line, he lost favor with Coach Rex Ryan. His starting spot was taken away and for two games, he was the second stringer and we were left to think: that's it for Rhodes. Then, all of a sudden he turns it on, his attitude changes, and Rhodes is back to being a significant if not necessary part of the Jets defense. Hear what Kerry himself thinks about his 180 after the break or in our video player.
*Thanks to Producer Matt E. for his work in the locker room.

Sometimes a little humbling like a benching will get you back on point. There had been talk that Kerry "Hollywood" Rhodes was allowing outside endeavors interfere with his primary job as Safety for the New York Jets.
Kerry Rhodes has played well during the past two playoffs games. His sack and forced fumble on Phillip Rivers is an example of his improved play.
With the Jets blitzing on average 57% of the downs, the Jets need another strong performance from Kerry on Sunday in Indianapolis.
Then "Hollywood" Kerry will have plenty to tweet about as he and the Jets move on to the Super Bowl in Miami.
