Osi Umenyiora: I'm Sorry!

Osi Umenyiora had a bad day. He got annoyed with something that defensive coordinator Bill Sheridan said or did at practice Monday and he left. Osi wouldn't get specific but he said he overreacted to something trivial. So trivial that he couldn't believe his own behavior. But the normally mild mannered, friendly Umenyiora did and said all the right things, taking full responsibility for his actions. He apologized and wants to move on. This is not a pattern of behavior for Osi. So I say, let bygones be bygones and indeed, let's move on. Umenyiora addressed the situation at his locker on Tuesday. Listen in:
