My father in law got tickets from a friend and included were two tickets to the Diamond Club. When the elevator came down to the main floor and opened its doors out stepped Ed Kranepool. My father in law immediately put his hand out to shake his hand and I did too. He was much bigger than I imagined and he towered over us. That made my day somewhere in the late 1970's.
