Stop the presses! Mets admit botching Willie's firing

This afternoon, Mets owner Fred Wilpon admitted what all in New York have known: The team was wrong in the way they fired Willie Randolph-after midnight following a win against the Angels on the West Coast, and 3:18 am New York time.
To borrow Bill O’Reilly’s term: great to see a club finally take a ‘no spin approach to its actions.
