Very Good. It was entertaining, educational (the Negro League owners), you blasted Steinbrenner, and you made me think of fond MET memories.

My best Shea Stadium memory is being there for Game 7 of '86 WS, but as far as individual performance I was there for Gooden's 1-hitter vs Cubs in '84 and in '88 I was there when they celebrated Seaver and put him in Mets HOF.

My favorite memory from home, not counting post season games would be a Sunday in August 1985. Mets were on Channel 9 and Gooden was pitching his 20th victory, and on Ch 11, the Yankees were being beaten by a guy in a White Sox uniform, for his 300th career victory. Even pitched a complete game at age 40.
