Time to Sound off subway riders. Are you tired of someone hogging more than one seat? Are you tired of smelling someone eating the rankest smelling food on the train? Well now you can on the worldwide web!

Seathogs.com and Trainpigs.com is giving you the opportunity to snap a picture of the offenders and post it on their site and it is hilarious. Now don’t get too adventurous and get in people faces but discreetly take it and then caption the picture as you want; which makes this two site absolutely fantastic.

Now anyone who’s taken the ironhorse has been an offender of this but now beware because you never know whose watching.

Temple 'Terrorists' Could Barely Buy Handguns, Let Alone Missiles!

The FBI's army of confidential informants seems to increasingly embed itself with some of the most inept "terrorists" imaginable. I just skimmed the US Attorney's criminal complaint against the fearsome foursome that allegedly targeted two Riverdale synagogues and a Newburgh airport. I'm left with the sense that they aren't such a scary bunch.

James Cromitie, David Williams, Onta Williams, and Laguerre Payen, no doubt wanted to blow up Jewish temples and military aircraft. They clearly wanted to obtain C-4 and surface-to-air missiles. The problem is they were fantastically far removed from any realistic means of obtaining WMDs. In other words, these accused Bronx bombers were no more capable of executing an explosive attack, than a little league team is capable of beating the New York Yankees.

In the federal complaint, there's one recorded conversation in particular, that illustrates just how feeble these so-called terrorists were, even when compared to garden variety drug dealers.

A few days ago I spent about 5 hours traipsing the streets of Jackson Heights with a woman who is organized, hard-working, inspiring . . . . and jobless.

Adela Valdez is from Toluca, Mexico. She’s a woman who came to New York City to try and scrape together enough cash to build her 4 children a house, and pay for her youngest son, Eddie’s college tuition. It wasn’t easy for Adela to leave home seven years ago. She says she was essentially fleeing an abusive, deadbeat husband. Since he wasn’t supporting the kids, this 39-year-old Mexican mom had to.

Back in September, she left a job making craft lamps because the company owner wouldn’t pay minimum wage. She gave an employment agency on 37th Avenue $120 in exchange for job interview with an office cleaning company in Manhattan. When she arrived for the interview, the cleaning service promptly told her the job was closed.

No work here. Don’t pass go. You don’t have to go home. But you can’t stay here.

Last night I spent some time with confessed call girl booker Kristin Davis. Wait, that didn't sound right. I should be more specific. I interviewed her at New York City's Cain nightclub. She was pimping a tell-all book about her life as Manhattan's most famous madam. Davis is more than a little bitter. .. and she might have reason to be.

This week she watched as Eliot Spitzer got some seriously positive press. He had a well received appearance on CNN, a much quoted op-ed in Slate Magazine, and a radio interview on WNYC. Of course, Spitzer is a confessed "john." His infamous black-socked romps with Ashley Dupre are now tabloid legend. Davis says the former Gov was a weekly client of hers back when he was Attorney General.. .that he was aggressive with his prostitutes and tried to weasel his way out of using condoms! That's why the self described Manhattan Madam can't believe the public is so quick to take Spitzer seriously as he re-shines his Wall Street Sheriff badge.

America's Next Top Model Cycle 13

In the face of adversity, even the most beautiful of us must soldier on. Despite the mini-riot that hit the America's Next Top Model auditions in New York City on Saturday, host and exec producer Tyra Banks has issued a statement renewing her commitment to cycle 13 and has vowed to make sure every aspiring model that was turned away by police gets a fair shake at a proper casting session.

Says Tyra:

To all the Top Model hopefuls who were affected by the New York casting, we are doing everything we can to make sure that ALL the girls who weren't seen, get an opportunity to audition – we'll update you on our plans very soon. It is so important to me to redefine beauty, and make sure that everyone gets a fair chance to pursue their dream. I am beyond excited for Cycle 13; for the first time ever, young women 5'7" and under have a shot at becoming America's Next Top Model! I encourage each girl to come out ready to rock the runway and show off their fiercest pose. I'm rooting for all of you!

No word yet on how the show producers plan on handling the logistics of managing the large crowd a second time around. In the meantime, see the photos from the casting before the chaos took hold.

Fired for Facebook Sins?

Some of their comments were racist. Others were malicious. No gentleman would ever speak in such a way about a 74-year-old woman. So what should happen to three Harrison cops and one Codes Enforcement Officer who published vulgar, sexually insulting, and prejudiced facebook attacks against their elderly Town Supervisor and their African American President?

Shouldn't they be fired? Indeed, how can a black Harrison resident be expected to trust one of these guys were he ever to pull him or her over? How can an elderly or female resident not shudder when the police lights flash behind her?

On the other hand, why should these officers be punished for comments they made outside of work. As repugnant their words are... doesn't the Constitution protect even racists and chauvinists from government retaliation.

The Rev. Al Sharpton Goes to Washington

Al Sharpton's cartoon crusade is now in stage 2 and this act may prove to be much more interesting than the tussle over a bloody chimp drawing. Sharpton wants the Federal Communications Commission to review (interpretation: revoke) the waivers that allow News Corporation to own a major newspaper and two local television stations in New York City. Currently, Rupert Murdoch runs both Channel 5 (WNYW) and Channel 9 (WWOR), while publishing the New York Post. Couple those outlets with the Wall Street Journal and Fox News Channel and you've got a lot of press power in the hands of one Australian mogul.

Traditionally regulators have looked down on such ownership consolidation. They've rightly been concerned that if one company owns too many media outlets, that company will be able to silence alternate perspectives. Diversity in the media is a noble goal, and that's why tomorrow's meeting is about much more than a racist cartoon.
