Middle Village, Queens resident Ntina Tomaras Zatse is the winner and she will be showing us how to cook her Classic Greek Roasted Chicken With Lemon and Oregano!

And Channel 11 has been an important part of her life. "WPIX/CW11 have been with me since childhood. From the days after school when I would watch the games you would have on and I would be shouting “PIX” at the same time as with that lucky kid. Or, every Christmas with the Yule Log, that made us feel special. When you announced you were to start a Morning News Program, I was glad. Now I have a matching set of morning and evening news programs," explained Zatse.

And she's been cooking since she was a child too. Growing up, it was her responsibility to have dinner ready for everyone in her family. And this recipe "was the classic meal I would serve my family back then. Now, that I am all grown up and have a family of my own I can serve the same classic meal."

Bethenny Frankel stopped by to wrap up CW11’s Celebrity Chef Week. This self-described natural food chef owns Bethenny Bakes, which features a line of low-fat cookies and muffins. She shared two of her cupcake recipies today.

Frankel, a native New Yorker, gained fame as runner-up on The Apprentice: Martha Stewart, and is currently one of the stars of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New York City. Her forthcoming book, Naturally Thin, is scheduled to hit the bookstores in March 2009.

You can meet Bethenny at The Bridge Market Exclusive Event at The Food Emporium located at 401 East 59th St. & 1st Ave on Sunday, June 22, from 12pm - 2pm where she will be on hand to sample and sign her delicious new line Bethenny Bakes.

Iron chef Michael Symon is owner and executive chef of the popular Lola and Lolita restaurants in his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. He is known for his Midwestern-styled American cuisine and his signature dish -- “slash and burn” grouper.

Symon did not always want to be a chef. His affinity for cooking was discovered when he started working at a local restaurant after he broke his arm during a high school wrestling match.

It’ll be a busy year for Symon. Symon is scheduled to host the new season of the Food Network’s Dinner: Impossible in September 2008. A pilot of the show, with Symon at the helm, is scheduled to air in July 2008. His third restaurant, Roast, located in Detroit, Michigan is set to open its doors in fall 2008 as well.

Smith has dallied in many facets of the media. She is on the air waves as the host of the television show B. Smith with Style, and host of the bi-weekly radio vignette B. Smith Tips for a Better Life. Harkening her roots as a former fashion model, Smith recently launched her own home décor collection with Bed, Bath & Beyond.

Rocco DiSpirito stopped by to cook up some summer treats. A Queens native, DiSpirito is known for his Italian-American cuisine. His mother Nicolina is often seen cooking along side her son, and is known for her signature Italian meatball recipe.

DiSpirito has opened two restaurants in New York – Union Pacific in Gramercy Park and Rocco’s 22nd Street in the Flatiron District. His forthcoming book, Rocco Gets Real (Meredith), hits bookshelves in September 2008.
