Actress Kathryn Erbe is returning to "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" for the show's final season. The long-running series went back on air Sunday, May 1st with new episodes for its 10th and final season.

Born in Newton, Massachusetts, Erbe is a veteran of both film and television and has been a working actress since she graduated from New York University in 1989.

Erbe’s television credits include playing the infamous death row inmate Shirley Bellinger on the acclaimed HBO series “Oz.” She also appeared on NBC’s “Homicide: Life on the Street,” the miniseries “George Wallace,” Showtime’s original production of “Naked City: Justice with a Bullet,” NBC’s “Another World” and the television movie “Breathing Lessons.” Erbe is also an active member of the Atlantic Theatre Company.

New Jersey father David Goldman stopped by to talk to us about his new book A Father's Love, and hopes his international bitter custody battle for son Sean, 11, will help parents worldwide

David Goldman and his Brazilian wife, Bruna Bianchi, led what appeared to be a happy life in New Jersey. But in June 2004, Bianchi took their four-year-old son, Sean, to Brazil for what she said would be a two- week vacation. Once there, she informed Goldman that she was staying in Brazil-and keeping Sean, setting in motion an international controversy that would eventually reach the highest levels of the U.S. and Brazilian governments. It would be almost five years before David saw Sean again.

We've been warned for a year and now the axe has come down. Mayor Bloomberg`s budget proposal could cripple the city's public schools.
