Wake-Up Workout: Royal Wedding Dance Workout With NYSC

workout0425.jpg

Friday's royal wedding ceremony will be filled with pomp and circumstance but what about the reception? That's when William and Kate can boogie down and dance! Staś Kmieć of New York Sports Club showed us moves fit for a king and queen in NYSC's new "Royal Wedding Dance Workout."

The 'Royal Wedding Dance Workout' is a fun, cardio workout that teaches wedding staples like disco, swing, tango and country line dancing, British ballroom classics like the waltz, foxtrot, and quickstep, and traditional dances found at British weddings like the Agadoo (Britain`s version of the Macarena). Featuring music from British band favorites like the Beatles and Boy George, the 'Royal Wedding Dance Workout' includes upper body exercises to get viewers looking their best for that strapless gown.
