Wake-Up Workout: Booty Boot Camp

Have you seen the latest cover of Rolling Stone? Rihanna is showing off her incredibly toned body. And you can get your rear in gear like Rihanna! Rihanna's trainer, creator of Ary’s America, and owner of studio Venia East Ary Nunez .
Horsestance AB/AD Duction:
Start: Feet outside shoulder/hip distance apart, hands in fist, elbows shoulder height, feet parallel
Middle: with slight bent knee (or bent to your comfort), drive right leg from hip away from midline and back to original stance
End: with slight bent knee (or bent to your comfort), drive right leg from hip toward midline and back to original stance
Goal: 16 reps in and out right side and 16 reps in and out left side
Benefits: Leaner, Stronger Gluts, Inner/Outer thighs and Core
Plank Reverse Ham Walk:
Start: Hands on floor shoulder width apart in plank position
Middle: Lift right leg and step back to bent knee
End: Lift left leg and step back to bent knee
Goal: 32 reps traveling backward alternating right to left
Benefits: the strongest leanest hamstrings. The hamstring is responsible for lifting the BUTT! Also, core and arms!
Plank AB/AD:
Start: Elbows on floor shoulder width apart, clasp hands for additional support, feet shoulder width apart, long legs on ball of feet
Middle: drive right leg to right side at hip/plank height
End: drive left leg to left side at hip/plank height
Goal: 32 alternating reps, increasing in range of motion and speed
Benefits: leaner hips, inner/outer thighs and gluts, plus strongest core!

Hi nice to meet you, I was watching you on pix11 morning show and I would love to learn how to exercise properly. I need to tighten my belly fat and and lift my butt. Please if you can help or have a video I can follow I would really appreciate it. I would love for you to train me but if you're Rihanna trainer I'm sure I can't afford it but any tips would definitely be helpful. All of you looked amazing. That's definitely the look I'm going for.
