'Top Chef Masters' Host Curtis Stone On Show, 4 Key Spices

The host of Top Chef Masters Curtis Stone stops by live to talk about the new season and fill us in on the 4 spices we should be using more. When it comes to cooking, his philosophy is to cook as Mother Nature intended: buy locally produced seasonal & organic ingredients, keep recipes simple, and allow the food to speak for itself. He suggested:
• Saffron - Rissotto
• Dukkah - bread and olive oil you dip the bread in the olive oil then the Dukakh
• Tumeric - uses as a spice for a dry rub
• Cayenne pepper - great to add heat to a steak
