Laz Alonso Stars In New A&E TV Series 'Breakout Kings'

The gorgeous and talented, Laz Alonso was chosen as one of Variety`s 'Top Ten Actors to Watch in 2009' and can next be seen top lining the A&E drama Breakout Kings that will premiere March 6. The show is about an unconventional partnership of U.S. marshals and a group of convicts who join forces to catch fugitives on the run, will shoot in Toronto and go into production in the fall.

Laz will also star opposite Paula Patton in the romantic comedy Jumping the Broom (May 6, 2011) for Columbia Pictures and tells the story of the clash of two families from opposite ends of the socioeconomic spectrum meeting for the first time during a weekend wedding in Martha's Vineyard.
