Thank you. This week is also a stressful one for us moms selecting and attempting to make arrangements for our children whom need to start school in Sept. Most parents struggle with separation during that time, add the stress of life or death. Joseph my son suffers from milk protein allergies and tree nuts. A school party or even lunch puts my son in a life threatening situation. Without proper handling by school administration can cost us a lot. Thank you for sharing knowledge and stressing the important message facing these children. Most that are not of age to say no....and do not know the difference. It is my responsibility as a parent (working mom, to add to the stress) to get everyone around my son educated and help keeping him alive.
Thank you so much for bringing this important information. We have lived with food allergies since our children were born. It has been a very interesting journey. Only 2 wks ago my daughter had a reaction thru cross-contamination of a product. She had not had a reaction in years, because of our vigilance and more and more people becoming aware of the severity of these allergies.
Thank you again!!
