Wakeup Workout: The Ex-Factor Boxing

Looking good is the best revenge, so this Valentine's Day Crunch has teamed up with Everlast to invite all victims of love to take out their post-relationship aggression in an intense boxing/kickboxing class.
Participants will be encouraged to bring a picture of their ex to tape on a focus mitt and they'll be paired up with other bitter boxers, because it's time to get even while getting a great workout.
The Anti-Valentine's Day boxing class is being offered for free and Zuta Gilchriest of Crunch gave us a preview.
