Budget cuts are threatening the existence of the services Massachusetts-based company Home Diabetes System provides. The company sets up in-home visits for people diagnosed with diabetes.

Tom Cronin is CEO of Neighborhood/New York Diabetic Supply, a company solely focused on reducing the human and financial costs of diabetes.

Neighborhood/New York's innovative approach includes first-time patient home training visits and regular follow up to ensure patients understand and adhere to testing and medication regimens and following proper self-care.

Previously, Tom was CEO and owner of CranBarry, Inc., a clothing manufacturer. He also worked in management consulting for Bain & Company. Tom was a Seley Scholar at MIT's Sloan School of Management.
