Fred Armisen, Carrie Brownstein Dare You To Enter 'Portlandia'
Fred Armisen has made us crack up with his uncanny impersonations of Governor Paterson, Joy Behar and most recently Mayor Michael Bloomberg. Now, the SNL star is here with his co-star and co-creator to talk about their new show Portlandia.
Portlandia is an original short-based comedy series executive produced by Lorne Michaels, and created, written by and starring Armisen and Carrie Brownstein (Sleater-Kinney vocalist/guitarist). Each episode draws viewers into Portlandia, the creators' dreamy and absurd rendering of Portland, Oregon.
Guest stars include Kyle MacLachlan (Sex & The City), Aubrey Plaza (Parks and Recreation), Selma Blair (Hellboy), Heather Graham (The Hangover) and Jason Sudeikis (SNL).
Portlandia irs Tuesdays at 10:30pm on IFC.
