candy1101.jpg

Candy corns, Snickers and M&Ms. Halloween is the sweetest day of the year and you can indulge without guilt. We're showing you how to work off that Halloween candy you ate with Becky Wenner of Becky's Fitness Company.

4 Miniature Twix Bars 170 cals 7 grams of fat
• Squat / Curl & Press:
This compound moves works the legs, arms and shoulders. With 3 sets of 15 reps you will have strength trained several body parts. What's great about this exercise is - NO GYM necessary - it can be done at home, in an office, almost anywhere. In between sets, if the person could add some cardio drills, like walking a big circle around the office, jumping rope at home - the fat burning potential of the exercise is increased.

26 Candy Corns (About a handful) 140 calories 0 fat
• Dead lift & front raise:
This compound move works the glutes and shoulders. Being that the glutes are the largest muscle group in the body - they burn the most calories - so make them strong.

8 oz cup of Apple Cider 125 calories 0 fat
• Dumbbell Bent over row and dumbbell reverse fly:
These exercises work the back and core - essential to maintaining the slim waist through the holidays!
