two1018.jpg

Our time is precious. So, who wants to spend it at the gym?! Fitness and Nutrition Expert Frank Sepe was here to show us how to tone up in just two minutes. He showed us these moves:

• Push-Up Crawl - works chest/shoulders
• Dips - work arms
• Crunches - works abs
• Lying Leg Raises - works hamstrings
• Good Mornings - works back
• Chair Pose/Squat - works quads/butt
• Stiff-leg Dead Lift - works hamstrings
• Calf Raise - works calves

For more of Frank's workout tips, check out his book Fitness As A Lifestyle, which is available in bookstores now.
