Socialite Tinsley Mortimer Urges NYers To Adopt-A-Dog
October is the American Humane Association's Adopt-a-Dog Month and socialite Tinsley Mortimer is getting some friends together in a fundraising effort to help abused and neglected animals through the organization's Second Chance Fund.
