Pajamas That Benefit The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation

WALK1005.jpg

My husband, son and myself participated in the Race for the Cure Walk for JDRF, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation this weekend.

We were part of Team Rohan -- or "Rohan's Racers" -- and we had a blast helping out in this great cause. But we need everyone's help to find a cure. So when I found out about this company and what they are doing I had to spread the word.

If you buy these pajamas by Komar, the largest sleepwear apparel company in the nation, 100% of the proceeds go directly to JDRF. 100% of proceeds! I have never heard of anything like that from any company.

Please buy these pajamas for a loved one. You are helping 24 million Americans who have diabetes. The goal is to raise $1 million for JDRF by selling comfy cotton pajamas, available just in time for holiday giving.

To buy the pajamas, visit www.pjforthecure.com. For more on the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, visit jdrf.org.

Great cause Sukanya!

I have had Diabetes since the age of six which is now 35 years ago, and now my youngest daughter Francesca was diagnosed eight months ago at the same age that I first got it. I hope and pray that a cure is right around the corner, if not for me but for her and so many others.

Great blog Sukanya! More awareness and research dollars are sorely needed for the cause. Thank you for helping to spread the word.

And what an adorable baby boy!
