El DeBarge On His New Album, Cover Of 'Ebony' Magazine

El DeBarge is back. The music sensation is releasing his first album in 16 years 'Second Chance' is coming out Nov. 30 on Geffen Records. The album features all new songs, written in collaboration with Babyface, Jimmy Jam, Terry Lewis and more. The title track ("Second Chance") from his album is already blowing up at radio. There were rough times for the superstar as he battled drug addiction and served time in prison. He candidly spoke about those moments of his life with PIX11 Morning News anchor Sukanya Krishnan. He expressed how he's gotten a second chance at life and intends to use it well. DeBarge is reliving that second chance on tour. He will perform tomorrow at 9pm at New York City’s S.O.B.’s (200 Varick Street). Next week, the R&B star will kick off a headlining tour alongside dates supporting Mary J.
