Wakeup Workout: Peak 20 Workout

wakeup0906.jpg

Peak 20 was designed to meet the needs of those with very little time in the day and also for those who want a change to their traditional 60 minute workout leading to better results.

If your goal is to burn the most fat in the least amount of time, then stop doing these four "waste of time" exercises: assisted crunch on machine, abductor/adductor on a machine, bicep curl and tricep extension. Peak 20 Workout Natasha Linton recommended mountain climbers, side hops with a twist, bentover row and squat press as alternatives.

I can't believe how great the Peak 20 Workout has been for me. I am a middle-aged man with a demanding job and family, but this workout did not take a lot of time and is making be feel healthier. I am looking forward to the next few weeks of workouts, and to fitting back into my work pants. :-)

This looks like a great work out for people like myself, can't find the time for full workouts. Short, to the point and effective. The commitment you have to help people find the daily activity they need, is commendable. THANK YOU!!!

Great advice. I've been wasting time with useless crunches. Will try these tips during my next workout...I'll ditch the heels though.

Natasha..I'm so looking forward to trying this!! I'm always super busy so a 20 minute workout sounds gooooooooood to me!!! :)

Natasha's workout is a god-send! I was wasting my time doing the same 45 minutes in the treadmill seeing no results. Peak 20 is less than half the time and I am already starting to see definition where I've never had any!!! Its the perfect workout for busy NYC executives.
