Wakeup Workout: Become Fit Like A Football Player

football0927.jpg

For better or worse, they're our hometown teams! And yesterday, whether you cheered the Jets' victory or jeered the Giants' loss, chances are you did it while just hanging around. Today, it's time to get up and get moving! Rowdy Yates of Crunch Gyms was here to show us how to train like a gridiron great.

• 2 in 1 Out - Increases speed and agility using a speed ladder
• Ice Skater - Improves agility using cones
• Tuck Jumps - Explosive movement to improve speed and leg strength
• Single Leg Lift and Chop - Increases balance and strength
• Med Ball Transverse Toss - Core movement that imitates a quarterbacks motion
