Rickshaw Dumpling's Delicious Treats On Wheels

Kenny Lao of Rickshaw Dumpling, one of the city's most popular food trucks stops by PIX PLAZA to give us a taste of how the magic happens in his mini kitchen on wheels.

Kenny and five other food trucks -- Schnitzel & Things, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, Waffels & Dinges, NYC Cravings, and Bistro -- will be serving international foods at New Yorker Festival venues which kicks off October 1-3, courtesy of presenting sponsor HSBC Bank, each chef will create special menu items for the Fest. Rickshaw will also be serving at Tavern on the Green this Fall.
