Today, technology and and its influence on societies around the world are the center of a documentary-style photo exhibit at Grand Central Terminal. The "Ericsson Technology for Good" three-day exhibit shows how communications technology is helping the United Nations Millenium Development Goals reduce extreme poverty by half, through access to health and educational opportunities.

The photos highlight villages in Africa, South America, India and the Caribbean. The showing coincides with the annual week-long meeting of the United Nations General Assembly, which marks the 10-year anniversary of the creation of the Millennium Development Goals.
The "Ericsson Technology for Good" photo exhibit will be on display at Grand Central Terminal's Vanderbilt Hall through Wednesday, September 22nd.
