Wakeup Workout: Wedding Dance Workout

It's the Wedding Dance Workout! Ever go to a wedding and not get up and dance?
Your days as a wallflower are over. This workout is a fun, cardio workout that teaches you basic moves while you work up a sweat. Groove to wedding staples like disco, swing, basic waltz, foxtrot, tango, and country line dancing.
Classes begin with a 5-7 minute warm-up and stretch followed by standing exercises. Next is a 30-minute dance floor section focusing on across-the-floor moves. We wrap up with a final stretch and a "Going to the Chapel" finale. You may not be ready for Dancing With the Stars but your aunt from Miami will be impressed.
