Wakeup Workout: How To Get Hot Legs!

Sure, longer-looking gams are just a wedge heel away, but a truly trimmer lower half requires some work. Women's Health contributor Katie Johnson was here to show us four moves that will how to get sleeker stems.

• STEP UPS
This exercise targets the muscles of your glutes and hamstrings because you have to push your hips forward forcefully to perform each step

• SIDE TO SIDE LEG SWINGS
This exercise targets your hip abductors, primarily a hip muscle called the gluteus medius, as well as your hip adductors, the muscles on the inside of your upper thigh

• 45-DEGREE LUNGES
Lunges target your quadriceps. However, they also work just about all of the other muscles of your lower body, including your glutes, hamstrings, and
