Wakeup Workout: Fry Fat On The Mat

Women's Health Contributor Tara Stiles is the author of the upcoming book Slim Calm Sexy Yoga, which will be available wherever books Tuesday, August 31st. Tara was here with killer poses that will tone you up and slim you down.

Holding these poses isn't easy, but it does wonders for building strength and focus. Hold each pose for five deep inhales and exhales, unless noted otherwise, then repeat the entire sequence on the other side. Practice this routine four times a week and watch the fat melt away. Keep a towel by your side-you will sweat!

Slim Calm Sexy Yoga seems like it could be a fun book for a new Yogi like myself! I have always been very good about going to the gym and working out with weights and doing cardio. However, in the last 8 months I have added Yoga into my workouts and I can't believe what a difference I see and feel. Can't wait to read Tara Stiles book.
