Gabi Gregg Wins First-Ever MTV TJ Spot

Gabi Gregg, a native of Detroit who lives in Chicago, stopped by to talk about winning the title of MTV's first-ever TJ "Twitter Jockey" as part of the Follow Me: The Search for the first MTV TJ competition.
The competition kicked off July 7 with the 20 candidates competing in a series of five Twitter challenges. The other top-five finalists were: Jose M Iniguez (Tulare, CA), Ryan Lytle (Athens, OH), Xavier Moreno (Atlanta, GA), Dannielle Owens-Reid (Brooklyn, NY)
Before winning the top spot, Gabi had to complete a series of challenges. "Each challenge has a distinctive purpose and all challenges have two elements: personal and social. The personal elements are designed to reveal the candidate’s sense of individuality and character. The social elements are designed to reveal the candidate’s social talents online as well as offline," says MTV. As the winner, she moves to New York City to work a $100,000 job for MTV.
