'Plain Jane' Louise Roe Gives PIX Intern A Makeover

Beautiful fashion expert Louise Roe gets wallflowers to bloom in the hottest new makeover show on the CW, Plain Jane.

Each of the series' eight episodes will feature a new "Jane" searching for the change of a lifetime. With Louise's help, each Plain Jane will receive a head-to-toe style transformation, including new wardrobe and confidence-building exercises. Once the transformation is complete, the formerly Plain Jane will surprise her unsuspecting crush with the new look and reveal her true feelings to him. A love connection is -- or isn't -- made.

We wanted to see her makeover skills in action, so we figured we'd give her a little challenge. Our intern Sara Grossbarth has an interview for an internship coming up in the fall. She asked Rachel to give her a look that's girly but professional.

Hairstylist Noelle Chen gave Sara a simple haircut for a healthier appearance. Then she added volume and shine for a fun, flirty look. She capped off Sara’s new hairstyle with L'Oréal Professionnel Texture Expert Freezing Mist.

Celebrity makeup artist Jim Crawford put his expert touch to use. He kept the makeup simple applying fresh and light products from The Body Shop.
