PIX Hottest TIX “Jonas Brothers Ticket Giveaway”

1. HOW TO ENTER & WIN: No purchase necessary; must be 18 years of age or older and reside in Connecticut, New York or New Jersey at the time of entry. To enter the “Jonas Brothers Ticket Giveaway” watch the PIX11 Morning News on Thursday, August 19th, 2010 and watch for the “Call to Win.” The 11th caller to the Contest line (866- 414-2911) to successfully give the “code word” after the cue to call airs will be declared the Winner, subject to verification and compliance with these rules. Winners will be notified at the time of the call. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. WPIX shall not be responsible for callers’ inability to complete calls, for technical malfunctions or telephone system delays. Only calls to the official contest phone line will be eligible.

2. PRIZE: One Winner will receive 4 tickets to the Jonas Brothers concert on Saturday, August 21st at Nokia at Jones Beach Theater (ARV $218). The Prize can either be sent to the winner via UPS or picked up by the winner at PIX11 Morning News studio located at 220 E. 42nd Street, 2nd Floor, NY, NY 10017.

3. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash, credit or merchandise. No prize substitutions will be made except at the discretion of the Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of greater or comparable value. Winners assume all applicable tax liability for their prize.

4. CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS: Entrants agree that Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Sweepstakes and that its decisions are final and binding. Except where prohibited by law, entrants 18 years of age and older agree to allow use of their name, voice, photograph, likeness and any information provided on entry form, in any medium of communication, including print, Internet, radio and/or television and for any purpose, including advertising, promotional or other purposes, by Sponsor and its affiliates, without additional compensation. By acceptance of a prize, winner agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliated entities, and each of their respective employees, representatives, contractors, sponsors and advertisers, from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs or claims related to any allegation regarding the award of, the receipt of, or the use of their prize. Sponsor is not responsible for personal injury incurred in connection with any use of the prize. Winners may be required to supply proof of identity, age and residence, and to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to receiving their prize. This Sweepstakes shall be governed and enforced pursuant to New York law, excluding choice of law provisions.

5. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents who, at the time of entry, are 18 years of age or older and reside in Connecticut, New York or New Jersey. Sweepstakes is not open to employees of Sponsor. Immediate family members, employees or immediate family of any of Sponsor’s affiliated companies, licensees, advertising or promotional agencies, or sponsors are also ineligible.
