Inside The Insanity Workout

Almost six months ago, Lisa Mateo introduced us to a total body training program that claims to get you in tip-top shape without picking up a weight. It's called Insanity and a few PIX employees got a brief introduction to the workout last March, but they decided they wanted to really commit. Lisa takes on their 60-day journey to get fit, and talk to one of the workout's success stories.
