I am all for eating healthy and Subway does have decent choices. Their offerings include low fat items but they do not offer any low sodium items. Because of that I can not indulge myself at any of their stores. Do they have plans to include low sodium items in the near future? You can burn off fat with excercise but you can not burn off sodium!
