Gabbana, Serving Up Dominican Cuisine, Makes Grand Opening

Chef Ricardo Cardona stopped by to talk about his latest venture. His modern Dominican cuisine is the centerpiece of Corona, Queens new dining and nightlife destination Gabbana. It offers an interpretation of tradition Dominican fare in a romantic relaxed setting. He shoed us how to make Branzino a la Dominican.
