Forbes Riley Takes Us Into The 'Spin Gym'
Forbes Riley is an internationally recognized health and fitness expect. Known as "the Queen of the Infomercial" because she is in such demand, in her 10 year career, she has sold more than two billion dollars worth of products on the air. She likes to say, "I don't sell products. I sell my word."
Earlier this year, she was inducted into the National Fitness Hall of Fame. She is the CEO and creator of the Spin Gym and its fitness programs. Forbes believes that Fitness is the new "F" word. Her personal philosophy is that health and fitness is a lifestyle not a fad.
Forbes is 49, the mother of 7-year-old twins and is in great shape. She shared with us her Six Secrets of Success Some of the celebrities who Spin Gym are Ed O'Neil, Diedre Hall, Gilles Marini, Christopher MacDonald, Chris Harrison ("The Bachelor" host) and Ted McGinley.
