Vehicle Production Group Produces Wheelchair-Friendly Vehicle
A new American car company, The Vehicle Production Group, is unveiling the revolutionary MV-1 vehicle on the streets of New York as part of a 27-city road show.
The MV-1 is the first factory-built, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant, wheelchair-accessible vehicle. The MV-1 will make a stop at both The Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine and Edgewater Towne Centre in Edgewater, N.J.

I work for an organization whose mission it to provide employment opportunites for people with severe disabilities. This car is phenomenal. A colleague shared this info and sites with me. I would like the vehicle myself - regardless of abilities or challenges.
Can you get it with an automatic ramp to that the person in the wheelchair can drive independently?
this is a great ideal, but ill believe ill wait until i until they get it right and it can be driven from my wheelchair, the whole purpose is being independent and not being restricted by depending on someone else to have to drive, sorry guys just my on opinion. when that happens ill be the first to order one.
