Celebrate the 4th Of July With Red, White and Blue Cocktails

You still have a little of the Fourth oF July weekend left. So, enjoy the great weather and cool off with refreshing cocktails. John Henry from Pipe Lime showed us how to make a few refreshing summer drinks, including the The DonQ Mojito, The Tequila Daisy and The Gold Rush.
The DonQ Mojito
- Don Q Mojito Rum (full bottle)
- Soda water
- Lime
- Mint
1. Top with soda water, lime and mint in a pitcher
2. Serve in highball glasses full of ice.
The Tequila Daisy
- 2 oz Charbay Tequila
- 1 oz Employees Only Lime
- ½ oz E0 Grenadine
1. Place all in a shaker full of ice
2. Serve on rocks. Garnish with a lime wheel.
The Gold Rush
- 1 ½ oz Domaine de Canton Liqueur
- 1 oz Maker’s Mark Bourbon
- ½ fresh lemon juice.
- Garnish with a cherry
1. Place all ingredients in shaker
2. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cherry

The gold rush?? I've never even heard of domaine de canton, let alone in the gold rush. Is it good? What does it taste like? Someone please help me out!! It looks so good!
