Ice Cream Festival At Rosa Mexicano

There’s a chill in the air over at Rosa Mexicano. It’s the return of the popular Festival de Helados. This annual ice cream extravaganza is a great way to taste unique flavors. It runs through August 1 and this Saturday, July 17, you can partake in a live demonstration on making ice cream and mixing up new flavors.
Rosa Mexicano chefs will host a free cooking demonstration at Rosa Mexicano Union Square where guests will learn the secret to adding Mexican flavor to rich ice cream and refreshing sorbets to make at home this summer season. Guests who attend will also have a chance to win an ice cream maker that will be raffled off during the demonstration.
Some of the sassy treats featured during this year’s festival are Sea Salted Cajeta ice cream and Tomatillo Lime sorbet and desserts such as Ice Cream Pop Trio, a Mexican Banana Split and more.
