PIX Hottest TIX “Rihanna Ticket Giveaway”
1. HOW TO ENTER & WIN: No purchase necessary; must be 18 years of age or older and reside in Connecticut, New York or New Jersey at the time of entry. To enter the “Rihanna Ticket Giveaway” watch the PIX11 Morning News on Thursday, July 22nd, 2010 and watch for the “Call to Win.” The 11th caller to the Contest line (866- 414-2911) after the cue to call airs will be declared the Winner, subject to verification and compliance with these rules. Winners will be notified at the time of the call. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. WPIX shall not be responsible for callers’ inability to complete calls, for technical malfunctions or telephone system delays. Only calls to the official contest phone line will be eligible.

2. PRIZE: One Winner will receive 2 tickets to the Rihanna concert August 12th, 2010 at Madison Square Garden (ARV $228). The prize can be mailed to the winner via UPS or picked up by the winner at PIX11 Morning News studio located at 220 E. 42nd Street, 2nd Floor, NY, NY 10017.

3. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash, credit or merchandise. No prize substitutions will be made except at the discretion of the Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of greater or comparable value. Winners assume all applicable tax liability for their prize.

4. CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS: Entrants agree that Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Sweepstakes and that its decisions are final and binding.
