Frito Lay's Kick Off Mobile Farm Tour In NYC

To help celebrate the local potato farmers and communities that play a role in making America's favorite potato chips, the Frito Lay's brand is putting a mobile farm on the road to bring a taste of the simple life to cities across the country.

The nationwide tour will kick-off in America's most iconic cityscape, Times Square, and then travel to Boston, Detroit, Chicago, Los Angeles and Dallas to bring a real-life farm experience to local communities across America.

Attendees will have an opportunity to interact first-hand with growing plants, meet a Lay's potato farmer, visit interactive stations and take home tips and tools to keep on growing at home. Since the brand celebrates simple happiness and includes just three simple ingredients in its classic potato chips, Lay's Mobile Farm is a natural way to bring a farming experience to the city. It also enhances the ongoing celebration of the more than 80 farms and 27 states that grow the potatoes that become Lay's potato chips.
