Wakeup Workout: Body Challenge

Our Linda Church is up for the "Challenge!" The Training Ground's Body Challenge is a four-week weight loss program incorporating both diet and exercise. Your own nutritionist and trainer will work daily with you to achieve a healthy lifestyle and ensure you reach your fitness goals. Here to get Linda started is Body Challenge Trainer Patrick Malone and Nutritionist Lori Kaufman.

They showed us:
• Squat Abduction - works butt and thighs
• Glute Hip Extension - sculpts butt
• Bicep Curl - strengthens biceps

Linda's Favorite Snacks - Diet Pepsi, Oreos, Snickers, Ice Cream and Chips
They recommend:
• Balance Bars keep you full until next meal
• Walnuts are a good source of Omega-3 fatty acids
• Apple w/ 1 tsp. peanut butter offers satisfying crunch
• Air Popped Corn is high in fiber
• Fat-free yogurt w/ berries is a good source of protein

I have done the BodyChallenge at Training Grounds Gym, I lost 10 lbs in one month and managed to keep the muscle in the area's that matter and lose fat in the area's that needed it!

Hi, I am 50 yr.old young women who needs help. I have tried everything. About 35 lbs. over weight. Please send the healthy diet plan to my email. THank you for your assistance. I walk 10 miles everyother day,yoga,2 arobic classes a week, kayak, bike about 9 miles and try to be healthy. Hormones,hypothtroid and life is not changing my weight.
Need to follow the your 5-6 meals healthy weigh of eating. Thanks for your assistance,
