Wakeup Workout: 10 Minute Bootcamp

• Reverse Lunges with Bicep Curl- biceps, hips, glutes & thighs
• Bicep Curl into Overhead Press - biceps, front and side deltoids (shoulders) and triceps
• Squat with Lateral Raise - shoulders, glutes, hips and thighs
• Dumbbell Deadlift into Upright Row - hamstrings, glutes, rear deltoids (shoulders)

This singer was performing her second song and then all of sudden it went to commercial, how strange, I hope you guys allow her back
