The Naked Cowgirl Sandy Kane Sparks Controvery With Naked Cowboy

Sandy Kane (aka "The Naked Cowgirl") was here to talk about her the showdown in Times Square with the Robert Bruck (aka "The Naked Cowboy") has sent her a cease-and-desist letter, claiming she's stealing his trademark.

Burck says if Kane's going to make money by posing for photos, he wants her to sign a "Naked Cowboy Franchise Agreement." Most of his licensed franchisees are required to pay $5,000 a year or $500 a month and go through a screening process. For example, another woman who bills herself as the Naked Cowgirl, Louisa Holmlund, is a licensed franchisee.

Kane performs in Times Square on 46th Street and Broadway.
