Chronic Snoring Solutions

It's estimated that 45% of adults snore occasionally, while 25% are considered habitual snorers.
According to 2009 Census estimates there are 19.1 million people living in the New York City metropolitan area or, in other words, nearly 5 million chronic snorers causing havoc in bedrooms each night.
For a lot of people snoring is no laughing matter. Dr. Eric Cohen, a Continuum Health Partners physician and founder of The Cure Snoring Center was here live to talk about the health risks, the impact on relationships and treatment options.
Dr. Cohen discussed a few of the leading health and relationship concerns associated with snoring and evaluated several of the non-surgical snoring solutions including:
• Breathe Right Strips
• The "Sona Pillow"
• Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP)
• "Stop Snoring Sprays"
He also spoke about the Cure Snoring Center, which is New York City's only facility that provides patients with a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to the individual needs of each client, and the Pillar Procedure, a highly effective, 30 minute, non-evasive procedure performed at the Center.
