iCarly's Reed Alexander Talks About KewlBites, Weight Loss
Actor Reed Alexander, who plays Nevel Paperman on Nicklodeon's iCarly, stopped by to talk about recently losing weight (15 lbs) on a diet plan that he created for himself. He was so inspired by his own success that Reed decided to reach out to other tweens/teens via the Internet to share his knowledge.
Reed has created the website KewlBites.com to get other kids eating healthy . The website offers kids "bites" of healthy information, including how to eat well, the importance of exercise and rest, and additional information to help them make the right choices about their health. With a family history of heart disease and diabetes, Reed realized the importance of taking health into his hands at an early age.
On Saturday, June 12, you can meet Reed in person at the Williams-Sonoma at 121 E. 59th Street from 1pm to 4pm for a Father's Day treats cooking demo.
