Gloria Reuben Talks About The Gulf Of Mexico Oil Spill

Gloria Reuben stopped by the studio to talk about the Gulf of Meixco oil spill and share information and details from her recent trip to Louisiana.

Aside from being an actress, Gloria is also a committed social activist, lending her time and talents to many environmental organizations such as the National Wildlife Federation, where she is on the President's Advisory Council.

The oil spill is a hot topic of course but a lot of people are still unaware of the true devastation - Gloria really wants to get the word out and make everyone aware how awful this really is.

Gloria is also on the Leadership Council for the National Resource Defense Council and has become a special advisor on climate change for the Alliance for Climate Protection, former Vice President Al Gore's environmental organization.

She is on the Leadership Council for the RFK Center for Justice and Human Rights, and she serves on the Board for SIECUS, the Sexuality, Information and Education Council of the United States. She has been involved with the Waterkeeper Alliance, Bobby Kennedy Jr's water preservation where she served as the Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees.
