Fitness & Nutrition Day At CitiField

The New York Mets, in conjunction with the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, a joint initiative of the American Heart Association and the William J. Clinton Foundation, and PIX11 will host annual Fitness & Nutrition Day at CitiField prior to the Mets hosting the San Diego Padres at 1:10 p.m.
More than 5,000 students from New York, New Jersey and Connecticut will be treated to a one-hour educational program designed by the Alliance for a Healthier Generation's empowerME Movement emphasizing at least 60 minutes of exercise a day and eating right.
