Money Mistakes with "All You"
Who would think that something as innocent as a forgotten $5 library fine could leave a mark on your credit score? (It can). Or that paying your mortgage late, even once, could make it tough to get a car loan? (It might). Seemingly minor slipups can cost dearly.
We're checking out common money mistakes with AllYou.com Online Editor, Kim Turnbull Alexander and how to rectify them. The errors we went over were:
• Carrying even a small credit card balance
• Paying the mortgage bill past the grace period
• Keeping your longer-term money in a basic savings account
• Overlooking old parking tickets or library fines
• Not paying your student loan, while out of work
