It's called "Escape Your Shape." And it's an exercise program based on the 4 different body types. Whether an hourglass, spoon, cone or ruler, it's designed to help us workout smarter, not harder.

They included:
Hourglass- Carry weight in upper and lower body

- Goal is to trim upper and lower body

Spoon- Carry weight in hips, thighs and buttocks
- Smaller throughout upper body
- Goal is to trim lower body and strengthen upper body
