wakeup0531.jpg

Summer's almost here but it's still not too late to get that beach bod that we all wish for. Jon Gallo of Dolphin Fitness says if we train like the gods, we can be ready for summer in no time flat, and he's stopped by to show us moves from "The Tightan Workout."

• Shield to the Left: left step and squat, front shoulder raise/ repeat right side
• Attack and Back: forward step left and bar press forward/repeat right side
• Protect Left Low/High, Repeat Right: side step, pivot, tranverse body block/repeat
• Strike Left/Right: rear step right, overhead strike/repeat left
• Victory is Ours: step right reverse curl and overhead press/repeat left
